Stardate 11.04.2021.B: 'Creepshow: Season 2' Coming Home ... For The Holidays?

Today's bit of wisdom: never let a good death slow you down.

Perhaps those sentiments are never expressed better than when they're mirrored with some quality storytelling, the likes of which audiences have embraced at every opportunity.  Though many in the industry credit Horror's recent resurgence in popularity to AMC's The Walking Dead delivering decent scares on a near-weekly basis, I've long argued that Horror has been here for decades, if not centuries.  Why, just the other day, wasn't I saying that Mary Shelley's Frankenstein was first published in 1818?  That makes Horror at least two hundred years old, but I suspect we as a society have been scaring one another silly long before that.

But we do so love a good fright, and some of the more interesting diversions of late have come by way of Shudder, AMC Networks' streaming portal for All Things That Go Bump In The Night.  They've invested some serious cash in keeping you awake, and it shows: their Creepshow franchise -- now in its second season -- will be coming available for hard-copy purchase in early December.  Serious fans should plan on picking up this release, if not pre-ordering it today.

I received the studio's press release just this morning, and I wanted to do my part in sharing it for posterity's sake on the Information Superhighway.  Interested parties can get all of the details below.

As always, thanks for reading ... and live long and prosper!
