Who We Are
'On This Day In Science Fiction History' is a blog exploring the peoples, places, and things associated to the wonderful world of Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, and (occasionally) the beyond. The content specializes in celebrating those individuals -- artists, actors, and other professionals -- who've made a lasting impact on genres that continue to make waves around the world.
As 'History' is being made each and every day, the content will necessarily continue to change and adapt throughout the years, and the author promises to do all that he humanly can to keep the site relevant ... until such a time as he can receive cybernetic implants allowing him to continue blogging while he sleeps.
Parties interested in submitting trivia to SciFiHistory.Net are encouraged to use the below to do so. Please keep in mind that responses are dependent upon time available to do so; if you're anticipating a specific response, please understand we all have day jobs and will happily reply at our earliest convenience.
In the meantime, 'May the Force be with you,' 'Live Long & Prosper,' 'So say we all!'

DAILY LAUNCH
SciFiHistory.Net's 'Daily Launch' is a blog which hosts the daily and/or semi-daily works of our site editor. Rather that explore the daily trivia commonly associated to the site, the Daily Launch seeks to explore Science Fiction and Fantasy with a more personal approach, one meant to 'Celebrate SciFi' with a look at particular properties or franchises and maybe even include the occasional think piece from time-to-time. As all of SciFiHistory.Net should be considered a "work in progress," the goal of the Daily Launch is necessarily subject to change.
SUBMISSIONS
While SciFiHistory.Net is happy to considered submissions from anyone seeking to have material included in our space, we do not have any means to pay for such copy. The site began as an expression of love for all things Science Fiction and Fantasy; and -- to this day -- remains as such. However, if you have something you'd like to see printed in our space and are willing to work with our editors, then do not hesitate to contact us via the form near the top of this page. We do love hearing from people!
ADVERTISING
SciFiHistory.Net is happy to respond to any and all inquiries regarding advertising; however, at present, we do not have any particular set-up nor the staff to compose advertising for interested parties. The chief stipulation is that advertising should have somethign to do with the genre of Science Fiction and/or Fantasy. (As much as we might be a fan of the feminine form, adverts for private girl chats just don't 'fit' with the aesthetic we're trying to present in this space.) All inquires can be directed to the editorial staff via the Contact Form near the top of this page.
Affiliated Websites
The following websites are perhaps better known as "friends of SciFiHistory.Net," places we've been and relationships we've established that we welcome and promote for the purposes of expanding our circle of influences to the point wherein, together, we might someday take over the world as we know it!
