Welcome, one and all, to the month of May, or as we'd like to know it as "Thirty One Days Of Celebrating All Things STAR WARS!" One of the most beloved franchises in cinematic history turns a remarkable forty years young this month, and I thought it entirely appropriate to make certain everyone who wanted to would have the chance to sound off on the property ... anyone interested in participating in any way please feel free to contact me at [email protected].
I thought we'd kick things off a little bit lightly with the original theatrical preview for Star Wars, the one released before it was better known as "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope." Back then, it was just Star Wars, and despite all of the tinkering and the growth of the entire mythology that charm still remains today: you say "Star Wars" and everybody knows what you're talking about.
