According to IMDB.com, Forke enjoyed her professional debut in the SciFi/Horror titled Brain Twisters (1991). Though I've done a bit of searching, I haven't found much information regarding the project; I don't remember it, and I'm inclined to suspect that this may've been one of those direct-to-video releases of a certain era. A few years later, she turned up in yet one more kinda/sorta interpretation of Jules Verne's Journey To The Center Of The Earth (1993) for Columbia Pictures Television. In 1994, Science Fiction came a'callin', and Forke enjoyed a meaty role in the telefilm Bionic Ever After?, essentially a rekindling affair for the Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman. In that same year, she was fortunate enough to secure a recurring guest role aboard Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman; and she made four appearances to the highly-rated program. Also as IMDB.com reports, her last reported gig was in 2005, voicing the character of 'Big Barda' for an episode of Justice League Unlimited -- a role she has previously voiced in a two-part installment of Batman Beyond.
Alas, she's left our world. I haven't seen any particular mention of the cause of death in the excerpts I've read, but I do see that the family is asking for donations to the American Cancer Society, so I'm suspecting we may all know the guilty culprit. Prayers and salutations go out to her family and friends.
