I received an email this morning regarding the upcoming release of Crabs! for general consumer consumption, but there's no associated release date. Scouring the Information Superhighway just a bit, it looks like a home video release has yet to be determined; but this Horror/Comedy from writer/director Pierce Berolzheimer certainly looks to balance the bodies and the bloodshed for maximum reward. Here's the film's plot summary as provided by IMDB.com:
"A horde of murderous crab monsters descend on a sleepy coastal town on Prom night, and only a ragtag group of outcasts can save the day."
Whilst looking for any information on when the masses might see this delightful source of gore-filled mirth, I did stumble upon a few reviews that were complimentary. It would appear that the flick has played at a few corresponding film festivals, so maybe the powers that be are trying to generate some buzz in anticipation of a home video or streaming option. I'll keep my eyes peeled for further data, so watch this space.
In the meantime, the trailer is below ... and you folks know what to do about that.
As always, thanks for reading ... and live long and prosper!
