It would seem that ever since 1993's Groundhog Day introduced the time loop into pop culture history, storytellers have grown more and more fascinated with it. Why, it used to be such a concept was restricted to only the realms of harder SciFi properties, but now every Tom, Dick, and Harriet (screenwriter) wants to dabble with the risks of temporal mechanics. Stories exploring the circuitous do-over continue to show up on the silver and the small screens ... and now here's yet one more than can whet our appetite for the days when we'll eventually get chronology all under control.
Directed by Craig Singer, 6:45 looks to play up the bloody danger associated to being murdered over and over again. Written by Robert Dean Klein, the feature stars Augie Duke, Thomas G. Waites, Remy Ma, and Sasha K. Gordon. This one is set to come home via streaming, DVD, and Blu-ray this upcoming March 22nd; and I'd imagine it's already available for pre-order at places like Amazon.com. Plots and particulars will be below, as I'm copying and pasting the information obtained from the film's latest press release. I'll also be posting the trailer, and every single one of you know what to do about that.
As always, thanks for reading ... and live long and prosper!
