What an amazing confluence of SciFi themes converging on a single day! First, you're got one modern man thrown five centuries into the future; then, you've got one Neanderthal finding his way into present day; and last (but not least) you've got a cinema auteur showing you what 'things to come' might just look like.
Methinks that's why I've found Science Fiction such a fascination genre: practically anything is possible ... and any given day can remind all of us of that truth. Sure, some only chalk it all up as little more than 'fiction,' but it's no less fascinating to consider.
