On September 8, 2017 (in Spain), audiences in attendance of the Sitges Film Festival were treated to an exclusive theatrical screening of Housewife. Written (in part) and directed by Can Evrenol, the film starred Clémentine Poidatz, Ali Aksöz, David Sakurai, and others. According to our friends at IMDB.com, here's the plot summary:
"On a snowy eve, Little Holly's sister and father are killed by her frantic mother. Years later, Holly is married, lonely, and her life is soon about take a turn for the ultra weird, when she visits "Umbrella of Love and Mind"."
For the record:
To the film's credit, Housewife earned a wee bit of praise from screenings on the film festival circuit.
