On this day in 1972 (in Italy), Your Vice Is A Locked Room And Only I Have The Key (aka Il tuo vizio è una stanza chiusa e solo io ne ho la chiave) released as one of the longest film titles I think I've ever learned of. Directed by Sergio Martino from a story by Edgar Allan Poe, Luciano Martino, Sauro Scavolini, Ernesto Gastaldi, and Adriano Bolzoni, the film starred Edwige Fenech, Anita Strindberg, Luigi Pistilli, and others.
According to our friends at IMDB.com, here's the plot summary:
"A string of murders are committed near the estate of a degenerate author, whose abusive relationship with his wife is further complicated by the arrival of his manipulative niece."
