Doesn't that feel good?
Well, in any event ...
I've been doing a bit of digging for new trailers to post to the SciFiHistory.Net MainPage, hoping to keep your alerted to the latest and greatest possibilities to expand the realm of the Fantastic on the horizon. Today's little ditty is a Romantic Fantasy, the likes of which I don't get to promote all that often around here. It would seem like -- to a degree -- Hollywood and beyond has left that genre beyond, what with sequels and superhero movies filled up every available slot for the forseeable future. So I thought I'd park this one in this space to give you a little something different for consumption.
2025's Eternity appears to be scheduled to appear in theaters this November. (I'm not seeing any specific release date, only the month of November being currently cited.) It's coming at you from the kind people at A24. Written (in part) and directed by David Freyne, the film stars Miles Teller, Elizabeth Olsen, Callum Turner, Da'Vine Joy Randolph, John Early, and others. According to our friends at IMDB.com, here's the plot summary:
"In an afterlife where souls have one week to decide where to spend eternity, Joan is faced with the impossible choice between the man she spent her life with and her first love, who died young and has waited decades for her to arrive."
As per usual, the trailer is below ... and you know you love to watch. Please. Check it out. Feel free to like and share the post widely.
