On this day in 2004 (in France), Atomik Circus (aka Atomik Circus - Le retour de James Bataille) enjoyed its first theatrical screening when it debuted for audiences of the Neuchâtel International Fantasy Film Festival. Directed by Didier and Thierry Poiraud (who both had a hand in the screenplay), the French-language film starred Vanessa Paradis, Jason Flemyng, Benoît Poelvoorde, and others.
