On this day in 2003 (in the United States of America), Do Or Die came alive with its very first broadcast television airing.
Written and directed for the small screen by David Jackson (a veteran of a great many genre TV shows), the flick starred Shawn Doyle, Polly Shannon, Nigel Bennett, Guylaine St-Onge, Alan Van Sprang, Christopher Tai, Kristin Fairlie, Salvatore Antonio, Lyrig Banh, Eric Peterson, and many others. According to our friends at IMDB.com, here's the plot summary:
"A virus causes people to age rapidly. There is an antidote, but it must be taken daily and is under control of a single company. A woman who is not infected carries an infected child and seeks for it to be cured. This quest leads her to the blue lands, where most of the infected live."
Alas, I've done a respectful search this morning, and I'm finding absolutely nothing more about this little thriller, so that may be all I have at this time. I'll keep my eyes peeled, and maybe I'll find something a bit more in the days, weeks, months, and years ahead.
As always, thanks for reading ... thanks for sharing ... thanks for being a fan ... and live long and prosper!
